How should society & govt address deep fakes? How can we guarantee image authenticity without ceding civil liberties? How can we assure you own you?

Should you be able to opt out of facial recognition technology which would require massive government regulation?

Should we just prohibit facial recognition technology so everybody retains the rights to their own likeness?

Do you feel comfortable ceding your fingerprint, face, DNA or even your gait (Yes they can identify you by the way you walk If given prior video to work with) to a private corporation in the interests of convinience?

Are you of the opinion that privacy is already dead and has been dead for quite some time?

Is there or should there be a constitutional right to privacy? How would you draft that?

You can't destroy facts. Delusion is where your worldview is contrary to truth. You can't maintain that forever and for everyone. "The sky is green! It's green! Green I tell you, GREEN!"

Deep fakes are great for rousing up opposition (I have never seen anyone fake heroism or anything positive), but once everyone learns this is being done (time after time, fakes are being found out), I'm telling you people will stop caring that there is a photo of Candidate X personally lighting a busload of nuns on fire.
