I find it sad that when someone flies an American flag outside their home it's just assumed they are voting for President Trump. Do you find it sad?

The hatred that Democrats show towards America is so sad to watch.

Everyone just knows that if someone is supporting America, and not America's enemies and adversaries, that if they are saying good things about America, that they are supporters of President Trump and not Democrats.

It is so sad to see the Democrat party turn on America like this, the country that has given them so much freedom and prosperity and turn against the people who have paid such a tremendous price to preserve those privileges for them.

Yes, very sad! It is yet another reason I despise politics, and especially partisan politics! Just the thought that only a Trump voting Republican can be a patriot is asinine! One of the old men who lives down the street from my parents is a veteran of both Korea and Vietnam. He is a diehard Democrat, and every morning he raises the US flag, and every night at sunset, he lowers it, folds it, and takes it inside. He's a true patriot and would never even think about voting for Trump!

Anyone who truly believes that in order to be a patriot, you have to be a Republican is a moron! My parents have a US flag on the front of their house, because my mother is a veteran, and my father is a very proud naturalized citizen who worked damned hard to become a US citizen. The flag on my parents house is a permanent one, so my dad arranged the exterior lighting to make sure that it stays illuminated all night, per the rules of flying the US flag. Both of my parents were lifelong liberals, with my mom being a lifelong Democrat, and my dad being British was a lifelong Labour Party member. They are still liberals, but my mother and father both left the Democratic Party, and are now independents. I originally registered as an independent as soon as I turned 18. (although in Florida it's called NPA, or no party affiliation).

My feelings about it aren't sad feelings but I am beyond livid at what hundred's of thousand democrats did to America 🇺🇸 and they did it all on purpose!

Why? Because they are mentally ill!! They have to be mentally ill to do the horrific things that ruined America 🇺🇸 and like I said THEY DID IT ON PURPOSE!

Because Democrats were once proud Americans. The debate between Democrats and Republicans was not about whether or not America was a great country, but about what were the best policies to make it even better. They worked together to improve America. They were all proud of it, they were all Americans.

This is no longer true. The Democrats have turned on America and demonstrate hatred towards it on virtually every issue.

They have indoctrinated a couple of generations now of people to hate their own country.

This is no longer the same party as it was when I was growing up. They have gone to the dark side and become enemies of freedom.

President Trump was the only president in a half a century who didn't get us into any new wars. He harnessed the power of the American economy to defend the country to avoid the use of the military except in the most necessary situations. He was brilliant in pioneering that approach.

Why probably not true? Where I live it is definitely true. Democrats have nasty political signs on their lawns and Trump supporters have flags. It may not be 100%, but it is 100% of the ones I know and can identify.

There was a guy on our street who hung flags on telephone poles up and down our street. It's beautiful.

Two Democrats on the street were furious and demanded he take down the flags hanging in front of their houses. They reported him to the police (who did nothing and 5 years later the flags are still there... he takes them down for the winter and buys new ones if they become damaged.

Now the entire neighborhood on every street did the same thing and I see a few houses are skipped here and there. I don't know all of them, but the few I do know are Democrats. It makes them SO PISSED OFF to see those flags.
