I disagree with the whole Gender discussion. Gender is modern concept which was only used for Grammar purposes but has now been morphed into an abomination by people who seem to be confused their identity.

Lets just get rid of the concept of Gender all together, accept that there are 2 Sexes and how someone behaves or dresses has no bearing on that.

I do agree that over the whole broad line women get paid less than men; I also agree that more laws and more 'Blue' on the streets will not make our societies safer. Improving our societies and increasing people's living standards will improve the safety of our communities.

Gender isn't real though. It's just terminology to reference what is real, and that's biological sex. Male, female, and extremely rare genetic abnormalities. That's it. You can't switch sexes, even if you start using gender terminology differently, or start decorating yourself the way the other sex tends to do in the culture you are living in. I avoid even using the word "gender" these days, and still to "sex."

Wage gap is a lie. When you control for all variables, there is no difference in pay. Meanwhile, women spend a vast majority of the money, receive a vast majority of child support/alimony/welfare which aren't counted in income analysis, and also get much higher pay in tipped jobs, which also don't show up in income analysis. Plus, socially, men pay way more often than women. Overall women are overwhelmingly better off when it comes to money. There would be riots if women got treated exactly the same as men when it came to money.

No. I used to buy that women made 70% what a man did. Then I learned that what that figure actually means is that women OVERALL make 70% what men do. Well of course they do. Men are still the primary income and women primarily raise kids. The ones that work make the same as a man. They are averaging the women who don't work and work part time jobs to reach that figure. So naturally it's going to drag down the avg.

I don't understand why people think there's a gender pay gap nowadays. There isn't. Men just go for higher paying jobs and also have more dominant traits like assertiveness, and less agreeableness, which get them to higher positions in the corporate ladder.
