So there is a USA flag code with the same level of duty and due respect to fulfill. That process and due diligence is what creates respect and meaning to the flag.

So the made in China USA flags on 4th of July parades kids have have the same level of respect the usa/trans flag have in my opinion.

I wouldn't think so. Tolerance of those who are different is kind of the entire point of the country. Granted, we've often done a lousy job of it, but the ideal, which the flag is supposed to be a symbol of, still stands.

some people will see it disrespectful, and others will not...

same goes for other groups who change the colors of the USA flag to portray their own agendas, in blue... for example, which is offensive to many as a show of bigotry, racism and extreme far-right agendas...

the whole entire state of California gets offended by that... so both sides desecrate the flag, both sides get offended by it... that is why it doesn't matter and it is subjective, same principle in which the Supreme Court told everyone to just to fuck the grow up, lol

Sure, the very idea of disrespect is subjective, it's 100% opinion based. If someone insults your family and spits at the ground next to you and your feelings are hurt that's YOUR problem, not everyone else's problem. But just because it wasn't illegal doesn't mean it wasn't disrespectful.

And what some supreme court judge says about the matter doesn't mean anything more or less than what you or I say about it. I'm sure some other supreme court judge probably disagrees with her too. But they don't decide what does or doesn't matter when it comes to respect. Some people say it doesn't matter, others say it does. Both are right.

Again, their word is NOT last when the issue doesn't have to do with the law. The supreme court doesn't decide what respect and disrespect are. Each judge can have their opinions about it, but they mean no more than the opinion of some dock worker or bus driver. I don't know if I'm just not getting what your saying, but it really seems like you don't understand what the supreme court's role is.

Yes. It's OK to fly the rainbow flag WITH the American flag though. Just remember when flying the two flags together that the American flag should always be flown ABOVE all other flags.
