The problems not going to be solved until they lower the percentage of teachers with no real world experience.

Math teachers should be people who used to be engineers or people who actually were scientists or at least were hobbiest mathematicians.

English teachers should be people who made money from writing or were historians.

We need more teachers who actually made money from or contributed to society or at least we're recognized by somebody as being an authority on the topic they're being hired to teach.

It's no wonder kids don't learn anything they're teacher is some rando in their late 20's who just got out of a 4 year course and got enough "hours" or whatever they do.

Nobody who does that has a passion for math or science or anything. They have a passion with people listening to their half-baked opinions about things they have no real world experience with.
