Could New York and New Jersey vote republican?

I think both states have a shot at becoming more red in the future. New Jersey especially due to its lack of diversity compared to New York I think will be a red state within 10 years. Seriously I think within the next 5-10 years New Jersey will be as red as Florida is right now. Neglected and taken advantage of both states have had the worst problems with corruption in the country. New York has more of an uphill battle than New Jersey because New York is a minority majority, and female majority state but over the last 10 years New York has slipped hard.

Texas is turning blue faster. The mass exodus during covid19 and remote work should be interesting.

People who because of the electoral college made their vote irrelevant made moving choices to make the largest impact. Lot of them career women seeking less hustle and bustle daily life. What has the Republicans been doing to this poticaler demographic?

Taking away Abortion RIGHTS. Calling cat lady's worthless and should have less voting rights for not having children.

Unless the global internet is completely shutdown. Zero access for anyone Republicans should be running scared.

Unlikely. People who have to live near other people quickly understand the benefit of having an impartial governing body with access to pooled resources to exploit economies of scale and to keep emotion out of policy discussion tend to lean democrat. It would take much more misinformation than the right is currently producing to fully prevent people from interacting long enough to influence their politics.
