I remember when Biden took office, fuel prices shot up within days. Personally, the Biden presidency has not benefitted me at all. However, I feel I have been more at a disadvantage ever since.

• The tech recession really started to take effect. I am a software engineer. Due to the mass layoffs in the tech industry, it is much more challenging to land a new role.
• The cost of rent skyrocketed within a year of Biden taking office. A one bedroom apartment that once cost $800 a month rose to $1,300 a month.
• Homeownership became more unobtainable. Being almost 30 and wanting to own my first home, I was outpriced. For example, looking at the history of these homes, a condo that once sold for under $200k in 2021 is now selling for over $350k in 2024.
• Interest rates have increased for mortgage loans, car loans, or any type. of loan/line of credit.
• I feel my career has not taken off. I have employment instability everywhere I go.
• I am having difficulties obtaining affordable mental healthcare or any healthcare for that matter.
• I feel more strapped financially even for just groceries. I spent about $8 today on just 2 items: a tube of Pillsbury orange roles and a jar of store brand apple butter.
• My overall stress levels have increased.

These are just examples of issues I have encountered on a personal basis.

Not at all. Everything is more expensive and now I'm being taxed even more. Food, gas, rent, and interest rates. And I feel it's never going to change under the Democrats right now. Nothing has been done that benefited me at all. Not only that when they speak it's just more race this, women that, and of course Trump this, and Trump that.

I mean, I'm unemployed but at the same time, this year I broke a record and took three airplane trips within the span of 8 months, and the year's still young. I'm gonna finish a season of my travel show also in record time. I filmed 10 episodes in 2 years, and I visited a new country this year and the year is still young. And I can still afford to eat meat everyday and eat fast food every week, and we also got a new AC, so personally, I can't complain. I was traveling under Obama too. Somehow I always have it good under democrats. I'm always able to live my dream life

No, I was making more money when Trump was president. Not only that but my monthly expenses were about half what they are now. More important is that I had a lot more faith in the future. The country was going in the right direction and the world had a stability we have not seen in decades. I was on track to retire and was confident I could live comfortably. Once Biden took office prices rose overnight. First gas, then electricity and then everything else. The stock market took a nose dive and every week it seemed that Biden was creating another catastrophe.

Substantially. Despite things being worse in Iowa due to state policies, I've managed to carve out a decent situation thanks to Biden's policies. Kind of sad that he won't be president next year but as long as Kamala continues his policies I suppose it will be fine.

Hmm... interesting. I am in tech too and I have been laid off or dismissed from most of my roles. I am currently unemployed sifting through so many scam job postings and not even getting calls from the few legitimate roles I have found, despite having years of experience in the industry and working on projects for multi-billion dollar companies. I am not asking for project 2025. Trump himself even said some of the recommendations in Project 2025 are too radical and extreme and isn't affiliated with the project.

Briefly looked more into it. I agree with eliminating DEI and affirmative action. I highly oppose making porn illegal and eliminating Medicare, especially for the disabled. Some of those policies I agree with, others are far too radical for me.

... regarding eliminating the department of education, I do agree with that. The federal government should not have their hands in education. The federal government especially should not be in the business of handing out student loans. Certain powers need to be given back to the states to handle and not handled at the federal level.

Not really. Some things sound good; others horrible. Bottom line, I do agree with limiting government, especially at the federal level, giving more power and responsibilities back to the states. I believe the federal government should NOT have direct involvement with the individual citizen in most cases. I believe the citizens should only have to pay taxes to their state and the feds should collect from the state and not the citizen.

Yeah, that's all empty phrases though. The central premise of Project 2025 is about appointing Trump loyalists to every position of government to simply stonewall all checks and balances. That's the opposite of limited government and it's what you want.

The executive branch already oversees its departments anyways. The President should obviously know who works in the departments he oversees. Checks and balances will always exist. You still have both legislative and judicial where the president does not have direct control over.

Property values have increased so astronomically that is has outpriced new homeowners and have pushed locals out of their homes onto the streets. Homelessness has been on a rise in my area, largely because people around here cannot afford their rent increase and were either evicted or couldn't renew their lease.

I guarantee your "affordable healthcare" doesn't cover very much and you have to fight them for most procedures and the wait times and availability are insane.
