That's not how neuroscience works. A nero-net is a trained machine with biological guidance, not all of the same is necessarily helpful or constructive.

If you lose part of your brain in general you might lose cognitive capabilities but it really depends on where and what the parts of your nero-net is effected and how it is used by you.

It may have no noticeable effect at all, such as often the case of brain damage, or it might actually make you smarter by eliminating unhelpful nodes.

RFK has fully recovered from any damages the brain worms might have caused, just like many others who have fully recovered from brain damage. Kennedy didn't suddenly love Trump, it's more of a love-hate relationship, like the one between US and Russia during the WWII, we disliked Russia, but were willing to work with them to defeat Nazi Germany, and Kennedy dislikes Trump, but is willing to work with him to tackle chronic diseases and other important issues. Kennedy did reach out Harris first to discuses important policy issues, and she never responded back, so Kennedy reached out to Trump and he responded.
