I agree with your ambitions for Canada but I disagree with you conclusion.

A strong and powerful America has always been what liberated the rest of the world. To reach the goal you are hoping for you do need someone like Trump who will return America to the kind of country that you are hoping Canada will be.

As you have observed, what goes on in America ends up going on in Canada. America leads the way. If you have a woke America you have a woke Canada. But if you have a strong America, in line with the things that you are hoping for, Canada will go the same way.

So I think your conclusion is incorrect. President Trump would be far better for Canada and give a you far better chance of creating the kind of Canada that you want.
