My advice for Trump is... keep doing daily interviews, town halls and rallies. At each one, challenge Kamala to a debate on FOX, but with no moderators. Let's just get this over with. We need a Texas cage match. Kamala would cave like a house of cards.

I have found it to be impossible; pointless. It's like discussing Earth's geological processes or evolution with a Creationist.
Liberals can't even give an honest answer to the question "What is a woman?"

Liberals think they already know everything. But they won't read or listen to anything that isn't on mainstream news because mainstream news told them anything else is "fake news". But how does someone know its fake if they never read or saw it?

Liberalism has become a religion with a list of dogmatic principles. To disagree with any of them about anything gets you branded as a brainwashed right-winger. And criticizing a Democratic presidential candidate or not being afflicted with hysterical TDS makes you an enemy.

They lose their minds and resort to abuse when questioned.

When one of our local movie theaters recently scheduled the Matt Walsh movie "Am I a Racist", my liberal (former) friends rallied their forces to picket the theater and bombard it with calls. Yeah, no free speech for liberals.

They are the same ones who ostracized my wife and me and called us "anti-vaxxers" for refusing to mask or get the eugenics jab (s).

Doing research or thinking for yourself is considered dangerous. Modern liberals are mind controlled, totalitarian, "pod people". And I say that as one who has what I call 1960s-70s liberal values. I support things like peace, love, open mindedness, tolerance, fairness, justice, liberty and freedom, distrust of authority, opposition to war and violence, and the principals set forth in the Declaration of Independence and Bill of Rights. None of that is similar to modern liberalism or the Democratic party's dogma. They have gone so far left that they resemble fascism or Soviet or Chinese style socialism.

Interestingly many conservatives these days who have read the description of my, personal, liberal values, say that those are their values. That's how off the rails the Democrats have driven liberalism.

Sure, I'd say it's the same both ways, when you have nothing to lose, are anonymous, or have a sponsor like Charlie Kirk or something. Otherwise it's a waste of time. People form their ideology and stick with it unless something personal happens to them that causes them to change their mind, independent of what other people tell them is the objective truth.

Like X+Y =Z can have 15 interpretations of why x is x, y is y, or why they'd add up to Z, also statistics can be manipulated left to right so they look like successes or failures, in both directions it's trying to get blood from a rock. Both sides will look at the debate, clip it, and say their horse won the race as the finish line is subjective there. Only the election itself is objective.

Conservative. I think this current rift was started by both the left and right though. Certainly the position on the left has become far more radical in the past decade or so, but if you look at who benefits from young and old fighting, with ultra polarized positions, it's only the politicians that want to preserve a two party system and consolidate power. If the left were to splinter into liberal and progressive it would help them more. Same as if the right were to similarly splinter into libertarian and conservative.

It shakes out that way when you look at the back drop of progressives. If progressives broke off from Democrats and all lumped into the green party, that would hurt Republicans, and remove a lot of members who may have left the Democrats because of supporting radical beliefs and opinions.

Kind of like Republican swamp creatures would lose their casus belli if Trump weren't the candidate but anyone else (Cheney, Romney, etc.). Would it still be the common sense party if all of the radical liberals were removed from the party and instead you had a party of RFKs to rally against?

Debates are always fun so if you can keep your sanity sure. Some people are persuadable so there's value in that. It keeps you on your toes, sometimes you're able to learn something yourself which is valuable. The minority of the time someone's just intransigent and has nothing valuable to contribute. In that case it's pointless. It's more common online.

Quite a few have turned more towards my way of thinking. There's never an immediate, "aha!" Overtime however multiple family members and friends have become more aligned with my views. My mind was changed via argumentation so I know it's possible. When I was younger I was training to be a pastor and eventually became atheist. Then I was very liberal bordering on socialist and became quite conservative. I presume I'm not that far different from most people.

Not really. They can have their own news sources disagree with them and they will still repeat the talking points. The made up race, sex, etc. power dynamics will destroy them eventually because there is no merit because if there was, they wouldn't constantly be placing people into these groups to decide whether these types of people deserve compassion for any issues they might have.
