I don't have any, and tbh I don't think it's health to have one. It's not rational at all.
Do you see a rock or a cat need self worth? Nah they just are. We can be that too.
Just are.
The most well adjusted humans aren't the ones who care about their self worth while the opposite are always looking for some bizarre excuse to give themselves it.
Which purely is delusional when facts come into play.
Don't burst their bubbles tho it only makes them worse so yes lie to them and pretend that they are special destined by god or something whatever makes them happy. Though I do think on a whole humans will transcend many issues if we just accept the reality we just are.

Personal synthesis, in simple terms: I am certain that my reasonable feeling of self-worth comes from the fact that I have been loved, stimulated and cared for by my parents, right from the start of my life and enough to build a balanced sense of identity.

I know it's not particularly helpful bur by feeling loved by people and being able to help them out and doing a good job doing so.

I do get quite down if I'm not given the opertunity to help a friend in need and it makes me feel a bit unloved too. Having said that when they ignore messages from me that's not particularly helpful either.
