So what you're saying is this is the cure for immigration for 49 states. Every state should start sending them to NY? I mean that should be each States selling point. "Get on the bus there's 4k waiting for you in NY". Why WOULDN'T other states do this?

Due to the fact New York loves immigrants. it is The dumping ground for all the immigrants to come to stay and take over the land. Also get free health coverage and food stamps and everything else that Americans can't get. NO SOCIAL SECURITY CARD REQUIRED.

It sounds like the government of New York needs to field an army of mercenaries to use against it's own populous. I wonder when New Yorkers will realize their own government has declared war on them.
