Messed up, isn't it? Here is the funny thing, I know an illegal (who finally went home last week). This dude did not miss a single solitary second of work due to covid. When everybody was shut in going crazy, this dude got up every morning and went to his illegal job and was being paid the whole time, under the table.
He didn't skip a beat. He made all the money he wanted, so he could take it home and live a better life in his home country. I called and wrote my congressmen and senators about this, they did not give one shit.
He and the other illegals he worked with never missed a day of work. That's so messed up.
Hey if New Yorkers want to give illegals $15K and they want to pay for it with their taxes, go for it.
I know the immigrant community well (both legal and illegal), since I am an immigrant. It is mind boggling to me how dumb people are about they think immigrants want and need.
