Do you believe Tim Walz does his own oil changes?

Question

Tim walz owns an International Scout and does a campaign ad where he needs the vehicle manual to do an oil change. I have been doing oil changes my whole life and even did many oil changes on my own Scout and never needed a manual.

He was a fake soldier and a fake football coach and now he is a fake mechanic.

Do you believe Tim Walz does his own oil changes?

It's possible but highly unlikely. That's on the level of needing the manual to load a magazine, insert it, rack the bolt, go off safe and fire a round. You might need it the first time without help (like a male figure).

After that though, unless you're breaking down a roller bolt HK for the first time, it just flows. If you gave me a strange car to change the oil on my first response would be a 5 minute oil change place I trust, because the cost is minimal. If not out comes the rubber strap, oil pan, and ratchet. It isn't rocket science, just a pain in the ass to clean the oil off of me with dawn and clean up any spills with cat litter.

Granted some of the oil change places torque the filter on to an insane degree, I remember having to cut one off with a freaking dremel tool when the filter separated from the threading and seal.

That is such a strange thing to lie over. Seems like it would be better to say he supports his local business. Though rich guys like that with classic cars usually hire a mechanic to not just service them, but drive them to keep the carbs from caramelizing.

I have done many, many oil changes. But I do not have a lift and these days the cars are too low to get under, so I no longer do my own oil changes.

As for the rest, he was a real soldier. Served 24 years in the national guard. He volunteered as an assistant coach and did the job of a coach and his team members called him coach. And he is not a fake mechanic. Now Trump was a fake soldier. enlisted in a military academy so he could march around pretending to be important. Then after all that marching his draft number came up and he had his dad pay a doctor to say he had bone spurs and could not march. Gee, what was he doing all that time at the academy? So corporal Bone Spurs was a draft dodger.

Pretty rich question coming from someone who apparently supports for president a convicted felon, a couldn't be soldier due to fake bone spurs, someone who probably doesn't even know that a car needs oil to go down the road, someone who faked his tax burden and was found liable for a half billion dollars, someone who cheated on his first wife with his second and cheated on his third wife with a porn star, who faked the value of his university.

Geez, it would be funny that you would hold up someone like this as a paragon of virtue against Walz... except that your misguided loyalty is representative of a good portion of other people in the U. S. who also support the sociopath/felon/fake bone spur non-soldier for the highest office in the land..

Okay, he was an Assistant Coach for one. For two he worked in the National Guard for 25 years.

Tim Walz has made the rounds as Governor of Minnesota making sure all children have food at the cafeteria even if they got no money (free breakfast & lunch programs), increasing child tax credit for working American families, fighting for wage increases, having parental leave when bearing a child 15 weeks off paid, etc. is not far left because if Republicans admit it is far left…. Maybe this country should be heading in that direction.

I stand by Minnesota’s Governor because he has done so much good.

Kamala Harris and Joe Biden got things done that Trump couldn’t do even with a majority in Congress & Senate: Healthcare Reforms, Infrastructure, Fighting Big Pharma, Investment In Millions of American Manufacturing Jobs, Afghan Pullout, Closing of The Border when overload capacity, etc.(all promised and failed by Trump)

Walz Accomplishments

- $2.3 Billion investment into education

- $300 million for public safety to combat crime

- Ended non compete contracts, pushed the envelope with paid leave, increased protections for workers of hospitals, Amazon warehouses, schools, nursing homes and more!

Maybe he does, and I don't really care since it's irrelevant. I kind of automatically assume he's lying though since he makes up stupid sh*t for no reason except maybe he gets an adrenaline high off the feeling of pulling one over on people, and  that  is a serious problem before taking the cesspit of policy problems and conflicts of interest into account.

Considering once you've done it the first time as a teenager, you know to just grab an oil filter wrench, your socket set, and oil pan and you can read the oil type/volume from the sticker under the hood or the oil filler cap and just check the min/max lines with a dipstick, running for the manual seems a bit incompetent.
