Chemicals like Agent Orange were used in Vietnam to defoliate the jungle, not to control the weather. There were and are no such chemicals.

If there were, they would be used during droughts such as those we had in California, which ruined many crops and cost wealthy corporations a lot of money.

Again... everything is a matter of degrees. Is there a shred of truth in it that humans are attempting to modify weather. Answer appears yes. How far have they gone with it in ability... I don't know. I doubt they can make hurricanes nor are they doing so.

But if you agree wtih the above that they can... then whom is making those decisions, are they public and logged?

People are attempting to *develop* cloud-seeding materials according to that article. They don't exist now, and they have not existed in the past. Cloud seeding has been attempted many times in the past using silver iodide to trey to make it rain, and it has never worked very well and it has very bad environmental effects.

According to Bernard Eastlund (the guy who's patents haarp is based off of, which are in turn based off concepts proposed by Nikola Tesla), if you could heat part of the atmosphere (which is what haarp does with microwaves ) then you can change the weather. Haarp puts out roughly a 4 million watt microwave signal but I don't think it's big and powerful enough. The one he proposed to the government that could change the weather would be fucking huge, like multiple square miles. It would require it's own nuclear power station at least. This is where the haarp weather conspiracy came from.

I've always thought this because living on multiple military bases I've seen how crazy of a change the weather is on vs off the base. I've seen hurricanes and tornadoes blow through the near by cities and destroy them but not touch the base 😵

Hurricanes, tornados, earthquakes and Volcanoes occur in the richest most fertile lands. If you look at most of the great ancient civilisations they are all in areas where these natural disasters occur frequently.

Its not impossible, they did experiments with this sort of idea of localized heating via large scale directed microwaves up in Alaska. If we were to reflect that off a satellite in theory this could be used to control the formation and direction of storms.

The government is all powerful and incompetent of anything and everything at all times Until it's inconvenient for your theory. Don't you think at least one rich person are deeply invested in shore line property to give a fuck about Hurricanes?

If don was an outsider that could rip the belly of this beast by even saying just one thing with his security clearance why wait day one being elected, then for years In office, then 4 more out of office just throw everything you know at the wall, then wait till getting elected? If anything it proves he's just inside the deep state as much as any one else.

Let's even say it's not the government proper with the hurricane machine. What body of any existence can challenge such an entity other than the greatest country to ever exist.
