Are the qualities below very important, kinda important, whatevs, not that important or mostly unnecessary in a leader? Do "soft skills" matter more?

Employers continually say they want candidates with "soft skills" as the "hard skills" will be readily apparent and presumed from college / military / apprenticeship / internship experience.

In my experience, the "INTER-personal skills" are:
1) Coachable to a degree
2) Improve w/ experience
3) Result from BOTH internal AND external factors / influences

IMHO, the "INTRA-personal skills are the most important, most elusive and most difficult to quantify. More to the point, you have them or you don't. There's no faking it or experiences that can teach you them. The qualities listed are innate and fixed.

I would even add some more innate ADVANTAGES (NOT SKILLS) like charm, humor, self-deprecation, good looks, ability to read the room, small talk, wit, excellent memory, selflessness, diverse interests, fashion sense, complimentary, etc.

Given all this, we've been asked to interview two candidates for the job of POTUS.

Which candidate has the better package of INTRA-PERSONAL skills?

Which candidate has more / better soft skills among the ones I listed in 4th paragraph?

Now the hard part, can you PLEASE GIVE REAL CONCRETE EXAMPLES OF YOUR CHOSEN CANDIDATE DISPLAYING THOSE QUALITIES. ACTUAL EVENTS & CIRCUMSTANCES!! The more examples of more qualities would be very helpful to me! KEEP IT POSITIVE!! NO NEGATIVITY!!

For you young uns, I'll explain what MS Office is in the update!

Harris has the best suite of soft skills & innate advantages
Trump has the best suite of soft skills & innate advantages
They each have disparate skills & advantages that either balance out or differ by nature of events
