I work in a touristic City which is Bodrum. And tourists tell me "you Turks are nicest people on this earth"... But they are mostly drunk holigan British ones or poor tourists such as ghetto russian, bulgarian, serbian, polish people.

What do some developed and rich countries' people think about Turkish people?

There is over 80 million people in Turkey. Of course not all of them are going to be the same. Some of them may have good personalities and others may have shit personalities.
