Why are Democrats crying about Trump's massive tariff on cars made in Mexico?

They have no plan for the economy so they just complain bout Trumps plan of drill baby drill, close the border, bring back manufacturing, mass deportations and no tx on tips, social security, car loans or overtime pay.

I saw Trump in an interview and he was asked about this. The woman called it a tax. She was wondering how people will afford the tax. Trump had to explain that it’s not really a tax, because no one will be buying these cars. 🚗 Trump also said his Contacts in Mexico, have told him that all constructions of these automotive plants in Mexico has been stopped. That’s because they know he will win.

Yes he uses tariffs as a tool. He tries to negotiate from a position of strength
