One of the reasons I am watching the US election closely is because the Left replicates what seems to work internationally. After Democrats started calling Republicans weird it only took a day for the Left in my country to start calling conservatives weird.

Or how you're going to afford the 40 plus grand to have it, or that statistically your kid will never be adopted and will spend 18 years unwanted. Or the sheer psychological trauma of a rape victim or a child giving birth.

They don't care. It's not about life, it never was. It's power. If they can put their heel on half the populations throat, they will. That's why some are talking about banning birth control or planning to stop pregnant women from traveling to other states or countries for abortion despite that being unconstitutional.

I know people that adopted... multiple, and the kid made their life. one kid was with a druggie mom and is now in a very good place in life. the other no idea, but he's living the dream. others I lost track of. But yes, most may not be adopted... and those that take away the option should fix that side of it as well... promote adoption. I seen, but its not enough.
I've seen too many humans suffer... I would not force entry of a human without support and good odds. Provide support environments and positive options, yes.

there's just way too much focus on the legality and not enough on correction, prevention and positive outcomes.
