This is real shit and not just an academic excercise. Refounding society is just one of MANY scenarios that govts have planned for.

There's also this scenario: Telling future humans +50,000 years into the future about our nuclear waste. It's not gonna be easy!

Exhibit A:

How'd you do translating? FYI that's Middle English from 1300s & the opening stanza to Chaucer's "Canterbury Tales". If languages change that much & rapidly we need a plan!
