Trying to conceive is also difficult to the point where infertility is an issue. Birth control and taking fertility drugs can help. Birth control also helps regulate periods. The weight can go up and down, right now I'm in between with my weight

But PCOS is like a permanent thing, in the good news this is making researchers and scientists look into this more since more and more women are getting diagnosed
