President Obama made it his policy that any "military-aged male" in a drone strike zone was to be considered an enemy combatant, unless posthumously cleared. "Posthumously" (which he couldn't even pronounce correctly) doesn't mean "with great celebration". The man literally made having a Y chromosome in a war zone not only a capital offense, but worthy of summary execution. That's four and a half war crimes right there- but THAT, to the GOP overlords, is perfectly acceptable; no, the REAL problem is that he signed a bill that they wrote, introduced, and voted into law, and that that bill could allow the government to do something it didn't actually allow them to do.
