However in the rule of public opinion, if you have a history of lies or deception or evidence of wrongdoing & a track record…. You might be a piece of sh*t.

OJ Simpson won his trial though we all know he is a piece of sh*t who murdered his ex wife & a guy. Bill Cosby got let out of jail early though we know he drugged & raped the women in his apartment & Harvey Weinstein we know he definitely did what he was accused of doing since Hollywood would make jokes about “don’t go to Weinstein’s apartment” for years prior also the sheer amount of women coming forward.

I believe all victims and their privacy, man or woman doesn’t matter. What matters is justice, them finding the courage to come out, and getting the resources necessary to speak up for not only themselves, but fellow survivors. Now we know Johnny Depp wasn’t the abuser, it was Amber Heard who tried to shield herself under a thin sheet of “I’m fighting for all women” BS. Michael Jackson clearly is an innocent man from countless debunking of the first alleged victim falling flat on basic “truths”.

Point is, rule of law innocent before proven guilty and court of popular opinion is a different slippery slope especially in the climate where men are quick to defend the indefensible & women are quick to defend the victim before being shown evidence / testimonial also documents / texts / whatever.

People definitely shouldn't believe all women or even a majority of them.

As far as accusations go, it would be best to not convict anyone without actual evidence such as video with audio, not just bs made up claims due to jealousy, regret, or shame. For many women, their go to action when they don't like something is to make up lies about someone.
