Equality requires that we treat men & women the same... so why not believe all men? Oh, wait that means it cancels out 'believe all women' and we actually have to look at facts/evidence and individual character before deciding who is believable.

Believing all men wouldn’t “cancel out” believing all women. But it would definitely require putting more emphasis on due process of law. I’m almost always in favor of that.
We have to be careful with our verbiage in these matters because there IS a belief that investing ourselves in recognizing men’s issues and working to mitigate them inherently means going back to ignoring women’s issues. It’s untrue and ignorant, but we have to overcome that or all we’re really doing is competing in the victimhood olympics, and men can’t win there because women have been playing at a higher level longer. The issues that persist for all of us will require inclusion to overcome. Let’s try that for a change. Cuz what we’ve been doing isn’t working.

I seen cases where men rape kids and do a few years and are back out in the streets.

And time givin often has to do with past criminal history.

A 1st time offender isn't going to get the same amount time in jail vs someone who has multiple convictions already.
