You could simply require Voter ID (which you need to be a US Citizen to acquire based on social security, address, name, year you were born, etc.) OR register based on name, social security, address, year you were born, etc.
A non legal citizen doesn’t get through the voting process since Non Partisan ballot checkers do those background checks anyway. This wasn’t an issue until Trump spread lie after lie (SCOTUS denied his efforts to toss out the votes, 61 cases out of 62 told Trump there was no evidence presented to demonstrate enough fraud to overturn the election, Trump’s top lawyers turned on him & Bill Barr & Ivanka Trump & Don Jr too. No. There are already laws in place. If those laws are not enforced, adding more and more laws won't matter. All they have to do is enforce existing law.

As for the people saying we have a Constitutional right to vote - actually we don't - at least not in the original Constitution. Some of the amendments can be interpreted as a right to vote, but nowhere does the original Constitution or any amendments explicitly give people the right to vote.

What those amendments actually said was that certain things could not be used to disallow someone to vote, which is very different than giving them a right to vote. In other words, IF a state or locality allows people to vote in a given election, they can not exclude people based on race, sex, etc.

Actually you are wrong. The 14th amendment gives a right to vote. The 15th Amendment gives protection to the right to vote based on race. The 17th Amendment requires states to elect senators by popular vote. The 19th Amendment protects the right to vote for women. The 26th Amendment protects the right to vote for everyone 18 years of age and older. 24th Amendment further protects access to vote such as prohibiting poll taxes.

And then we have all the legal precedent and other federal and state laws that protects the right to vote. Point is, you are full of shit.
