Trump has repeatedly said that we need immigrants but we should get the ones who are skilled and are not convicted murdrers.

He won't be throwing anyone out who is a legal citizen. He hasn't the first term there is no reason to assume he will now.

Once he's president, he will believe that he can throw anyone out that he wants and right now he is pissed off enough to throw out a whole lot of people. All of whom are his enemies. And the supreme Court will let him do that.
