How am I not supposed to be depressed that the USA is going to Hell?

I am believing that the true patriot Americans have lost and the marxists have won, and we will never get back the America my parents and grandparents had. Words can't describe the full extent of how painful it is. There is a critical election in a few days and Kamala the socialist kook is probably going to be cheated in again. The thing is, I believe people who care will still not do anything and would let what else they have left for either themselves or their children, 98% of them seem to be just cynically accepting their fate and won't do anything because of fear and intimidation.

It is very painful that I watched two decades of it getting worse and worse, only to be smacked in the face. The left has the media, Hollywood, academia, K-12 etc. it's just not fair that people are allowed to do evil on this scale and scope. My faith in humanity and the cosmos is ruined. If Hell exists, it isn't enough to make up for this injustice.

Look at the rest of the world outside of the West, I almost envy them demographically and sometimes culturally. Values like family, etc. and they are still able to have many kids while meanwhile the West is powerless to change conditions to make those conditions possible there.

What can and should we/I do? This is painful for me psychologically, and I see only few options out. For context, I am only 32. Why can't I die in a peaceful and prospering America or lived before things got this bad like my parents and grandparents did?
