I don't believe on intentionally plowing into a good samaritan attending to a car accident or emergency. I don't agree with plowing into a volunteer firefighter or other emergency personnel directing traffic around an emergency scene. However, if someone is blocking traffic with no legitimate purpose, they get what is coming to them. I hope when these laws are written, they are accounting for the good samaritans and emergency personnel.
