Why are there people who idolize Trump?

I am very conservative. I see him as a lesser evil compared to Kamala. However, this is an extremely flawed person, and I believe most of the stories about him because they’re told by reputable people. Can we stop pretending he’s the second coming of Christ? That’s how some people make it sound.

You my friend have just encountered what is called a cult of personality. Yes, some people actually believe Trump is the literal 2nd coming of Christ. No you can't convince them otherwise. Yes they sound insane.

To put it simply, people have latched onto him and subconsciously decided that he is their only hope for the future. In the face of this conviction no opposition is allowed and devotion to the "dear leader" is mandatory. He must be infallible and as such can do no wrong. Any indication of the opposite must be false even if you can't figure out why.

It's mainly because he is anti-establishment. the establishment democrats have promised things and never deliver on it or they only promise things that the donors who provide them with funding agree to. They are scared of losing money from the donors so they under-deliver or don't deliver at all. Trump is anti-establishment and will shake things up for better or for worse. I don't know how it will play out.

I don't know about the tariff thing he is talking about because Germany has tariffs and their economy is sinking. tariffs will mostly fall on the end user or customer who will have to pay for it. I am not sure what he is planning.

I hope his plans work out. I am tired of the democrats and their bullshit.
