Last of the phony Democrat cases against Trump all but dead. Why do the lying Democrats keep calling President Trump a convicted felon when he is NOT?

One by one ALL of the phony legal charges that the corrupt and treasonous anti-democracy Marxist Democrats charged President Trump with bit the dust. But not without dragging the country, the democracy and legal system through the mud for years and costing taxpayers a fortune.

And these same lying enemies of society keep referring to President Trump as a "convicted felon." HE IS NOT a convicted felon. Under New York law he would not be convicted until a judge confirms a conviction and enters a sentence into the record. And it is increasingly clear that is NEVER going to happen because the entire case is a SCAM. And even if it did happen, even if this shameful Democrat operative corrupt judge were to do that, the sham conviction would 100% be overturned on appeal. The whole thing is a preposterous lie.

EVERY ONE OF THESE DISGUSTING, PHONY LEGAL CASES AGAINST PRESIDENT TRUMP CRUMBLED LIKE A HOUSE OF CARDS. THE PEOPLE INVOLVED ARE THE ONES WHO BELONG IN PRISON.

How the hell could anybody be so stupid to think that would fly in court, and YET the ass wipes pursued that!!!

ANYONE knows that the BANK knows what the value if the Florida property is, as they do an ASSESSMENT of value before making any loan, as they did with MY house before giving me a LINE OF CREDIT against the collateral of the house... Same thing as ANY loan.

Even so, that fat tub-of-lard CONTINUED WITH THE SUIT THAT HE DEFRAUDED THE BANK TO GET A BETTER LOAN.

Not only was the value that the court assigned to the property absurd, but no lender takes the number that the borrower gives them as the value of the property. That's why they do their own appraisal. It doesn't matter what value you put down on the application because that's not the value they're going to use.

Everyone made money on that deal. The lender was thrilled, they made a great profit. They had no complaint. Neither did anyone else involved in the transaction. There was no crime and no one suffered any loss.
