As someone from Rural Tennessee who had a blue collar job and became famous overnight, it is going to be hard not to prove that she had every intention of defrauding the securities and exchange commission by using a pump and dump scheme. I think this was her plan all along. The people who pushed the crypto currency with their regulatory filings and then all decided to sell off the currency at a certain time were all just victims of her manipulation and genius timing of the markets. She definitely could pull off a giant scam like this because she is much smarter than the investors who were the initial investors, as demonstrated by her viral response in the “Hawk Tuah” comment.

After what I've read about it, it certainly needs to be investigated for fraud by the SEC. It sounds like they may have been colluding to rip off investors by the people who launched this crypto including this woman. Although there is a possibility that she was tricked into it by others. She doesn't sound very bright. This is just speculation but since she is a social media influencer, they may have used her as a shill for their scam without her knowledge. Although it certainly possible she was in on it too.

If there are suspicions of scammy activity, yes. She could be arrested but after investigation, be free to go.

But I'm gonna watch the coffeezilla video on it later. My man is good!

Her, no. Her social media managers/the Paul brothers who masterminded it, absolutely. She’s just doing what she’s told.

didn't' they get their entertainment value from it?

probably should pay back the $ if product was useless. Then again, businesses will go bankrupt and not pay anything back when they fail.

OFten, the ownice is on the consumer not to do stupid things. That's getting harder these days... with so much stupid junk available.

Andrew Tate & Hawk Tuah Girl should be arrested & charged then sentenced due to their rug pull scams of their own fans.

In case you didn’t know, both of these goobers did it though I don’t see much mention about them. Hold both accountable.

*Scams are scams and this behavior must be deterred period or else it will continue. Clearly these rug pulls on this one “crypto service” is leading to multiple scams and the web site makers should all be punished harshly…. Even a child scammed people while flipping double birds, this is a problem.

No. Why. This is the lesson learned for idiots giving money to a person that made a joke about sucking d*ck. It’s equivalent to getting life and relationships advise from a pornstar/Onlyfans girl. If you want to f*ck your life up then by all means listen to them. But they made her famous and were willing to give there life savings to a person that knows nothing of what she or her team is doing..

They suffered the consequences of there choices to do that. Gave there money willingly so nothing that she did was wrong really besides lie and swindle some money. But companies and our government does that all the time, so it doesn’t make it any different.

Probably. But, let's be real; rug pulls are just barely on the side of legal.

People know that cryptos are risky investments. I can only bring myself to have so much sympathy for someone who thought Hawk Tua Girl was the right horse to bet money on.

LMAO! You do realise that Trump's about to do the same thing, with the aid of a Chinese "investor", right? And he gets to determine what the SEC does.

I'm not sure she did anything illegal. Bitcoin is not regulated, is known to be a risky investment, and people knowingly invested.

It wasn't a scam at all, crypto can go up and down, remember dogecoin tanked when it first came out, no one wanted to go to prison. Plus the girl became famous for something she probably didn't want to become famous for, her sexuality linked all of the internet, if she made some money off it oh well.

Hmm. Usually crypto scams last months or even years. She's not a tech genius. Whoever she partnered with probably did the theft. Would have to have some kind of evidence that she intended to defraud people.

You know, it would be much more efficient to teach Republicans not to get scammed all the time than to try bring those who take advantage of a group of easy marks to justice. I mean seriously, this happens like every week at this point.

She was in a video where she jokingly spit into the microphone... "Hawk Tua". That became her name. Became famous from it online, made a coin called that.
then immediately shut it down... apparently after making $ from it.

They “hock” it and “pleeh “

      So hawk TUAH!

      But u could be wrong.

I don’t know her either, but someone said she better spit on that thing, so ig it has to be partially true.
