It is murder and I do not think people will riot if the law is carried out.

But is it murder if I cage you and starve you to death? What if I only do one of those? What if I, say, promise and make you rely on my aid as your only option for life saving moments and then refuse it or stall the help until it is too late? I surely know that it will cause you harm and possibly death. I am the cause of it. It legally meets every criteria for murder. Planned. Agency. Intent.

There is a wealth of very interesting philosophy and psychologicsl research on the matter of human morality. Morals are not as easy as physical action bad. In reality this act has likely already saved many lives simply by life-saving treatments being approved to a higher extent. People are not dumber than to recognize that it is one bad action to hopefully cull a repeatedly bad practice with similar outcomes. In that sense, justified. However.

Murder remains bad. Law is law, and its genius is the equality of all regardless of status. However if we were to find ourselves under some insane scenario where the law does not apply equally, and say, leaders got away openly with acts that are criminal to anyone else. That is not a lawful society and also can not be held to the standards of one.

They are like the people who were cheering in the Muslim communities when the World Trade Center collapsed or the people celebrating outside the NYC courthouse when President Trump was found guilty.
They are just sick people that wants to see the country burn to the ground.
