Something something good guy with a gun. If we are to live in a society that believes that people should defend their rights and liberties with force of arms then this is how that would look like. I am guessing a lot of right wing people forgot that part, this is the world we live in with the current supreme court interpretation of the 2nd amendment.

If the people are supposed to hold the government accountable then that means people like this assassin is promoted to action based on their beliefs. From their point of view they are probably fighting to save society as a freedom fighter where as other people would blame them as a terrorist. In this regard its all about who wins as to who is correct.

Yes I am deeply saddened by the actions of the perpetrator. Violence is never the answer to wealth disparity or the inability to get the basic health care.

And here's how I really feel. . . .

I don't care. I'm not fond of the mega-rich. I know how they got rich. I know how anybody gets rich. You have to stamp people out to get to that level. There's no other way. You have to annihilate your competition, wipe out smaller businesses, and put people out of work. That's the way it is. Ruthless. Cutthroat. Dog eat dog. Pure Darwinism. Survival of the fittest. And when you're doing that with healthcare where lives are on the line, well you're a special kind of cocksucker.
