Nope, because that’s not what happens.
First and foremost, if someone DOES murder people, we have laws for that. Second, insurance companies are not responsible for healthcare of any kind. Healthcare providers are responsible for that. If someone dies because they don’t get the care they need, it’s 100% on the healthcare providers. That’s one of the reasons they up-charge 1000% on everything in hospitals and doctor’s offices. If ONE person fails to pay, they still aren’t out a single penny. They can also sue the insurance companies that fail to pay. But they don’t. Most healthcare providers bill insurance ONCE, and if they don’t pay they go straight after the policyholder. They don’t care about your health, let alone your life and death. They just want the easiest access to money; yours, the insurance company’s, the taxpayers’. It’s all about the money.
They know that the average idiot blames the insurance companies for deaths when they have literally NOTHING to do with who lives or dies and how or why.

The legal defense at the beginning was good but the jury had to pass judgment having sex with a corpse.
