the laws are so screwed that if an unknown girl points a finger at you just for fun saying that you teased her then it will be considered so.
If the people around testified and the footage of the CCTV camera also revealed that I did nothing then still I would have spent so much money and would have gone to jail so many times that you can call it injustice.
It will not have any effect on that girl because the law does not want to discourage women from filing cases against men.

Yes, it is very bad. Indian courts are like mafias who extort money from men.

A woman can extort money from 7-8 men by marrying them and then leaving them 5 minutes after marriage and she is entitled to a lump sum settlement from all of them.
Lower courts and family courts will assist her and these courts are generally corrupt and they ask for bribes if you want to fight the case on merit.

But if you want to go to the High Court then the husband will first be asked to pay such a huge amount to the wife that it is beyond his financial capacity and the High Court judges will only listen if he pays this huge amount first. and there is no refund in case he wins.

Even in cases of paedophilia, a 40-year-old woman is free to sexually abuse a 14-year-old boy but because the 14-year-old is a boy, he will have to go to jail if she files a report. Most teenage boys do suicide.
Just two years ago, a slight change was made in the law according to which if a middle-aged woman inserts something into a boy's anus, then only then the middle-aged woman get a jail sentence.

The same is happening in the US. Half of marriages end in divorce, women file 80% of them, and men's lives get destroyed in divorce. That's one of the biggest reasons there is an epidemic of suicide among middle aged men today.
