Possibly he thought the statue of limitations was well past or he hadn't done anything wrong. But there seemed to be some awareness on his part that possibly he had done something wrong. The age was no issue because she was age of consent. The problem was that she requested they stop but he continued and it took her a 2nd request, him ejaculating into her and 20 seconds from first request before he stopped. The results so far are turning out really good. And I'm surprised actually. Usually people want pedophiles to be problems whatever degree they can get done get done to it. And they're right by most of the time. But it's nice to see people shows some compassion sometimes it makes stuff monsters slaughter attacks

Well the problem with this is (and it's almost a contradiction) that sodomy in the state this occurred when involving minors was looked at a certain way, even 16 and 17 yr olds who are and were the age of consent. And the state also treated the adults involved with the minor a certain way when sodomy was involved even when regular sex between the two would be completely consensual and legal.

Does that make sense? It might not make sense but there's a certain way that the people in the state looked at it and to them if a perfect sense. Being or having been in that state enough I understand what they're talking about even if I don't necessarily agree with it.

I think it's changed since back in 97. I'd rather not reveal where the real timeline is right now but I suspect or I know that the change in the way that things are looked at now compared to the way it was then will have an effect on everybody involved in the trials, in the favor of the defense.
