I just want to respond to this comment

And you Americans and I in my country live in a democracy, every man has the right to vote freely according to his beliefs and the ideas of the candidates he considers most similar to.

In my country it was said that any independent candidate was a waste of time and a waste of votes, but they have been getting more attention lately, one winning the mayoralty of the capital (control of the capital) and one managing to reach the final round of the presidential election. This is unprecedented and extremely shocking.

If your ability to vote is forcibly limited, this is also a forced limitation of democracy.
Those who choose to vote for the major parties, and realize that the options that are most likely to win and which are the least bad should be voted for, should develop a greater power of persuasion, because they are not able to convince the electorate to vote for the option they consider the most appropriate.

I am not American but I do not like the US system in which I have the formal right to choose between only 2 parties, in Russia my vote is stolen, in China I do not have the right to vote, in other countries there are far too many options (I had 14 options for president and 17 for parliament).

In healthy democracies you must vote for the people and parties with whom you identify, first and foremost with the ideas they promise you and then judge their actions and sanction or reward them by voting.

THIS IS DEMOCRACY.

Kinda, didn't vote for either of the major party candidates, at the same time didn't vote for a minor candidate either. I could never bring myself to vote for Trump and Harris never really gave me reason beyond not being Trump, plus the negativity from Democrats was off putting.

I have most of the time so far. Both parties and both their candidates usually suck.

And on top of both party candidates sucking, they heavily focus on why you shouldn't vote for the other candidate and not enough why you should vote our candidate.
