I take recommendations very seriously as they are a reflection of me. A professional recommendation is different to a character recommendation and is more about how well they do the job.

The various case points aren't elaborated. The 17 yo girl was possibly quite legal as there is a 5 year Romeo and Juliet clause locally. Paid sex so what?

On a professional basis I would be most concerned on accepting gifts and drugs if it impeded their work performance.

On impeding investigation I am more interested in what they were investigated for.

Lying to the government is common place at tax time; it would depend on what they were lying about.

In short I might make a profession recommendation but not a character recommendation or vice versa or both. But there is not enough meat here for me to judge.

I probably would not recommend them for a job, but it really depends on the job. They could be one of a few people qualified for the job.

Of course they know each other, Greenberg is serving 11 years in prison for those crimes. He pleaded guilty to six federal charges, including sex trafficking of a minor, the girl Gaetz paid to have sex with.

You'll note the dissent doesn't dispute the findings ("we do not challenge the Committee’s findings"), it just claims they shouldn't have released them after Gaetz resigned despite noting a time it happened before (which wasn't the only time).
