Will women become financially equal to men?

Will women eventually become financially equal to men in the future. I personally don’t think so. Because although you would think more women to men graduating out of college and even higher opportunities for women to enter fields than men:

The truth nowadays to getting rich is being much more strategic/calculated, willing to take risks and even being comfortable using debt to acquire assets. I think men are better at this, women are too sensible.

To do so, they would have to be smarter than men (they will never succeed) and enter better university courses than men. I see this as very difficult because women generally choose useless courses, engineering is dominated by men, and medicine is 50/50. And finally, they would have to innovate more than men, which is also unlikely, if we take into account that the 10 richest women owe their wealth to divorces and inheritances.

Women don't work as hard. When I was working in an office the women always left on cob. Only men stayed back to finish work off.

Pretty much gender pay gap relates to men working more hours. There is a high level of verification of this.

What you say of men being willing to take risks is quite true.

Why not, I make way more than my ex and most of my old classmates. I have job, i have business, i have properties i can rent to make money.
So if women become financially equal to men? You will never be able to carry it evenly.

You will get individual outlier women that will do well for sure better than your ex etc.. but I’m talking about people that go really far, I think you will mainly just see men there as you currently do. Women don’t like to takes risks as much of men and are more scared to takeout debt, they’re more sensible.

Most women aren't greedy so they don't wanna be rich. Look at Sophie rain. She made 43 mil on OF and keeps paying for random people who need stuff. a lot of men would never do that especially right after getting rich

Women are 0 for 2 now in presidential elections. The REALITY is just as many women sabotage other women as women support other women. And you'll always have men who are chauvanistic. So I don't think we'll ever be a completely equal society. But that doesn't mean we can't keep improving and growing and trying to get as near to equal as we can.

Not necessarily actually, but it does help massively. There’s people with innovative ideas that will come from nothing and do very well.
