Would there be less of a need for equality if feminine traits/femininity was seen as more valuable?

It seems like society puts too much value on masculine traits like strength, leadership, assertiveness etc. But then there isn't as much value put on feminine traits like being nurturing, caring, creativity, having emotional intelligence. Etc. Like we are forcing women into needing to be masculine to be "equal" instead of just embracing each genders qualities and seeing value in both sides.
