Are the L. A. fires divine judgment or political polices failures?

I'm religious and severe lack of rain fall in the Bible is because God is bringing punishment on the land and its people.

L. A. hasn't seen rain fall in several months and it looks like God caused a heavy wind to spark a fire and bringing punishment on parts of L. A. county that is beyond human control and means to stop it.

Divine judgment.

Political policies failures.

Well... Quite a few facts align with the theory of divine judgement, but there will likely never be enough proof. However, it seems that the Los Angeles fire department was not prepared for a fire of this scale due to a serious funds and resources misalignment in the city. With how obvious of a threat these kinds of fires are in California, I think a certain Polish saying could be applied - "Whenever God Almighty wants to punish someone, He makes them lose their mind first". Then, I believe the first and/or major victims were the Hollywood elite - given how many theories regarding their supposedly satanic practices are circulating out there... Yeah, if those were true, divine punishment for them would be logical.

Ever heard climate change? Winds, extremely dry weather?

They were simply a serious of events sitting waiting to align just perfectly. Lots of fuel, no rain and high wind. Then add in limited fighting recourses aka manpower and equipment. But. Nothing prevents destruction with 100mph winds and fire.

Must add. Several fires broke out in an area I lived in and they were put out immediately. Different areas have different ways they fight fires. Some are trained to let them "burn out" which is the tactic which causes such devastation. My area has the best firemen ideals. Nail the source hard from get go. Done.

Why can't it be both, there's nothing more factual than destructive behavior leading to destruction, God warn people how sin leads to destruction, wither it's from politics and corruption or God lit it himself, the results are the same, if it was corruption then their sinful ways led to this and if people ignored gods warnings on how it leads to destruction then in a way it's Devine justice for disobedience and at the same time it's still the results of sinful lifestyles, all I know is that people started finding untouched, crosses, Bibles and Christian statues.

It can most definitely be both, God wouldn't have to move a particle to give Devine justice, if god warns these people of sin and they choose to disobey, that sinful lifestyle blowing up in their face is Devine justice, if these people chose to support these corrupt politicians then in a way isn't this Devine justice, the only difference is that it wasn't a vengeful taste of karma, it was only results of disobedience, think of it if nothing happens without God allowing it then it means God just allowed for this to happen, it's not a secret that Los Angeles is the third most sinful city in the whole United states.

My point is that if it was done by humans or God lit it himself, its most likely still natural justice from God, by just allowing it to happen was already God willingly, I would only imagine God would allow it if it's part of his plan, which makes me think they deserved it somehow
