Sounds extreme. Is there a law saying that the same statement told to a man is also sexual harassment?

And has there been a rash of men saying, "Baby, you fine!!!" all over India and chasing down women saying thus?

No it doesn’t apply if a wman says it to man… in India harassment can only be done by a man to a woman

I won’t deny that harassment does exist… but that doesn’t mean they’ll make any law… bcz many women are misusing such laws against men since they don’t need any proof for such cases
