Do you think Marco Rubio will last the full term as Secretary of State?

Considering he is pre-Trump Republican and paleoconservative on international affairs, which puts him in confict with MAGA Republicans, do you believe he can last long?

Secretary of State is a pretty stable position. So since Trump can only serve one more term; I think that he will last until January of 2029. Now if Trump could serve a third term, I don't think Rubio would make it that far.

Just two; Tillerson was out quickly and Pompeo served the bulk of the term.

Marco is very much a finger in the wind politician, which means he will do whatever he needs to in order to keep his job. I think he's a very mediocre choice for secretary of state that was likely a compromise candidate with the GOP swamp in exchange for getting one or several other appointees through and/or it could've even been a bigger move to get his senate seat vacated since he isn't going anywhere otherwise.

If I had to bet money on something, Marco lasts ~18 months and then he'll quit under the guise of running for Florida governor, which may be his plan anyway, but it'll be the excuse regardless.
