Should a restaurant kick costumers out for kid being so loud?

I had dinner at HOT POT restaurant, then the kid (3/4y) at the next table wouldn't stop crying and throwing a tantrum for more than an hour. and his parents let him do that. it was very disturbing, shouldn't the restaurant have kicked them out?

No. If it's crying, then that's what kids do. If it was going round causing trouble, then that's a different matter to be dealt with.

No. The restaurant can't won't n shouldn't intervene. You can and should but public shame is almost useless today and a violent response is always a possibility.
