Why do some guys buy into the 666 idea?

Question

There are some (incels in my opinion) that believe women are only into guys who are 6' tall, 6 pack abs (or sometimes 6 inches long), and 6 figure income. They swear by this system for all women when a clear majority don't care. Yes, there may be golddiggers and size queens, but those are far and few between. So, what generates this line of thought for these men?

My thoughts are that these kind of men desire to be treated like shit secretly and need to be made the victim in order to feel vindicated that the reason they are unwanted is because of women's standards and not because they refuse to work on themselves.

What are your thoughts on it, though?

So instead of you having to deal with your fat ass, pathetic attitude and social incompetence, it's all the fault of "immigrants" or "beta's" or whatever.

The answer to your question is your (Partially) wrong and that is in fact the case, and men are sick of it. Not all women are the trashy ones incels are talking about, but I think most of them are just like most men are selfish pieces of crap because we live in a selfish and self-centered society that encourages greed because money is how we measure success.

If you go on tinder almost half the profiles have body standard or financial requirements, or they won't even give you a shot at all. If being a decent human being was enough to be successful dating than statistically, I should have had at least one serious girlfriend by now.

I'm not going to pretend to be perfect. I have a temper and a number of other things, but I do try to be nice to people and treat them with respect until they disrespect me even when they're strangers. I'm involved in charity; I help my neighbors when I can without being asked and I actually try to avoid people finding out about my involvement in charity because I do it for self-fulfillment and not to try and score brownie points. That's why I'm answering anonymously I want it to be between me and the divine when it comes to those things, and I only say this because I'm trying to point out how hard you can work to be a good person and people still won't care enough to say "Hey, I'll give this guy a chance."

I've never hit a woman in my life in fact I've been attacked defending woman I didn't even know at the bar because of violent, drunk POS's attacking them. I'm polite and respectful even to people I don't know until they give me a reason not to be but it's just never enough. The simple fact is there are a ton of factors outside of many men's and womans control that making dating hard and tried I really, really, really tried.

There were times I tried really hard to seem genuine when I asked them out. I brought flowers and explained the things I liked about them that made me like them and such but no, no attention, no one romantically interested. In fact, many of them don't even just reject men in my experience and based on what I've seen some woman actively enjoy it because of how nasty and cold they often are about it. This is a common story for many men and frankly many women no matter how nice they are.

The thing that drives me nuts is when I see these abusive guys with woman in romantic relationships when at minimum, I know I'm better man than him because I understand that you don't beat woman or cheat on her because that's fucking sick and evil. Whenever I see couples in public, they're always above average looking people and all this applies to woman too.

If you're a woman and your average and or unattractive then you're pretty much wasting your time and the same is true for men too. Humans are shallow and greedy by nature, and this all applies to woman as much as men. Humans like pretty things including pretty people and we have since we were monkeys it's the same reason a shiny soft useless but pretty yellow metal became something worth killing over.

Simply put, no I'm sorry I think you're wrong because of the life I've lived and the lives of the people I've seen around me. If you're not attractive and you're not considered normal you're fucked dating. simple as, if woman really wanted decent guys, then I wouldn't be stuck completely single while abusers end up married because they're good looking and used that to get their foot in the door so they could brainwash the woman with abuse.

No being nice isn't enough. The idea that the majority of woman aren't selfish gold diggers is just wrong just like the idea of men are selfish POS's. In my opinion the vast majority of Americans are bad people regardless of gender and nobody cares how nice you are when it comes to choosing a partner, that's just a perk it's not enough on its own and it never will be.

Yeah a lot of people buy into this, same with some women “he won’t like me unless I’m _ , _ , and _ . The difference is, a lot of men hear this because of ‘role models’(aka Conmen Influencers) who feed them ‘societal pressures’ so they’ll buy into what they are selling… Another is actual pressures from friends, family, insecurities building up since they were young or basing the knowledge off of Hollywood Movies & Teen Heartthrob Magazines girls in their grade were reading at the time….

To put it basically, we need to reinforce positivity to deflect the negativity, there are people out there for everybody & no amount of cologne, biceps, height, aggression, and money will win the ladies over more than what is in your heart, soul, and mind. If you have love in your heart, a strong will to do the right thing, have a passion for something beautiful & you put in the hard work for your job, fully built character / cool hobbies you personally are into, etc. she’ll love you for who you are not just the external stuff.

Because there are shitty men and shitty women who can’t find someone halfway decent because they aren’t even halfway decent. I will say there are dark personalities and I will say there is probably more then a lot of people think.

Since most people are good they project their goodness onto others they aren’t few and far in between for either sex some are just harder to spot. Some are more overt sone covert. The unintelligent ones are worse at hiding it as well as the brazen ones.

They look at their personal insufficiencies (height, body, income, etc.) and assume that that's the reason girls don't want to date them. Men compete for women. This has always been the case and women are the choosier sex so they always choose to date the best man they can. The triple 6 idea you're describing seems to just be trying to explain this in a mnemonic. I do think; however, that a lot of men are disenfranchised with the relationship game at this time because they believe women want more and are giving less.
