There are literally a dozen vaccines available. If someone is for whatever reason afraid of the mRNA vector, he can choose a different one.

I have a lot of Democrat friends on X, used to be one, and most of them trashed the COVID vaccine while Trump was still in his second term. Hypocritical to trash the vaccine because you don't like who's president only to attack others who had legitimate concerns. Yes I had legitimate concerns over Pfizer and Moderna vaccine, and no I'm not anti-vax, discussed my concerns with my Dr and ended up wanting and got the Novavax vaccine, more traditional vaccine with less side effects.

They didn't educate themselves, the only thing that change was who was president. Yes there was a huge number of Democrats, who trashed the covid vaccine while Trump was in office then did a complete 180 once Biden took office. When Trump was president (first term) my X feed was full of democrats trashing the vaccine, all the trashing disappeared soon as Biden was president. Yes I have a lot of Democrat friends on X, I used to be one my self till I left the party, and shilling for big pharma who puts profits over health and safety is part of the reason I left.

When Democrats trashed the vaccine it was politically motivated and was OK, but when anyone else did it, pointing out legit concerns that had nothing to do with politics, we weren't allowed and were attacked and smeared as anti-vaxers. I have several friends who experienced side effects from the mRNA vaccine and still haven't fully recovered.

And your dead wrong, being against the covid vaccine doesn't make you anti-vakx, being against all vaccines makes you anti-vax. The evidence is out there Democrats we're against the covid vaccine until Biden took office, being against it was less about hating the vaccine and more about hating Trump. Again, not everyone, but many on both sides at one point or another we're against the covid vaccine for various different reasons, Democrats mostly because they hated Trump, some Republicans for political reasons like Democrats, and many independents and some Republicans for legitimate reasons such as it being new technology that didn't go through long enough testing. Myself waited for the Novavax vaccine which is a traditional vaccine with less side effects than Pfizer and Moderna.
