You clearly don't read the news, Seeker. Trump demanded that Mexico enforce the border rules on Mexico's side, along with what we're doing in the US. This is to stop both illegal immigration and drug-running. Those Mexican troops are there to do just that - they're essentially working WITH our government, not being a threat against it.

From what I understand the President of Mexico agreed to post 10,000 military troops at the US, Mexico border to prevent illegal aliens from going from Mexico into the US.
