Will a road tester look for a reason to fail you if they can tell you're autistic?

I couldn't get into my right lane like she wanted, because the car behind me tried to get in at the same time. I think they weren't paying attention to my signal, and weren't going slow enough. We both swerved (smoothly) back into the straight lane. But the instructor was looking at her sheet, and didn't see it. If I'd gone and the other car had gone into the right lane, I'd have been rear ended.

I asked if i should take the next right, but she had me go straight and loop back to the start. Then she failed me for an incomplete test. "Unfortunately I didn't see what you saw." My sister thinks she failed me because of my autism.

They have 160$ from me now since they canceled on me initially and made me reschedule for weather, but wouldn't refund me when that weather got me stuck in snow on that other day unfortunately. Will not go to them again since they scam and would rather an accident then to not listen to instructions, regardless. 😅 she said I was perfect otherwise.
80$ each apt is a lot for a warm up...

Yes, I have a few networking certifications. The company I work for would only pay for tests that I passed. I failed one of the tests by one point and I went back 2 hours later and took it again after reviewing the material. I did worse the second time. Those tests were 70 bucks apiece and I took it twice.

It is weird that they don't make exceptions for not doing what they say when it comes to accident avoidance. I'm not sure how that makes logical sense.

Not with them. They like accidents. I'm not using it as an excuse, though. I'm wondering if she realized I had some sort of disability based on my demenure and way I talk (my social anxiety makes it very noticable) and because of that she thought, "this person's clearly retarded. If she makes any mistakes I'll fail her to keep others safe" even if normally she wouldn't have failed someone for that. I almost never tell anyone that I am autistic, but she mightve held it against me still is what my sister thought.

Follow the guidance book and hope they are paying better attention next time. Life screws with us. We don't always have the opportunity to right a wrong, especially if you are being judged for tests.
Just do it again.

I'll do it again for sure. I'll be a mom eventually and need to drive, and I hate forcing others to take me places. But I'll go somewhere else. I can't take people who don't take safety seriously seriously. I always go the speed limit and tell people to tell me the law when they're helping me, not "what they do". I was actually proud of myself there for my quick thinking and safe procrastions even if unnecessary. I worried before if I could think quick like that and now I know.

I studied the guidance book and their personal rules a lot before testing. They actually didn't even follow their own rules when testing me. I should've gotten off with a "warning"

That's entirely possible. But it doesn't matter when they are the judge and you are the test taker.
