I have empathy for others, my friends, my family, etc. and I’ve met people who had empathy for me & what I was going through…

This happened under a Capitalist System, so do I believe empathy dies under Capitalism of course not… Unless you are a lobbyist promoting your gun sales pushing away legislation to prevent shooters access to guns, trying to sabotage airbags / seatbelts fearing they won’t sell cars if consumer thinks they are unsafe, fucking up the healthcare system by preventing legislation to fix it so you can sell market solutions to obese & sick & struggling Americans especially those that need insurance, insurance companies utilizing the broken healthcare system to take advantage of Americans in need & charging them a fortune, etc.

Lobbyists don’t have empathy, only want to maximize profits. They utilize empathy as a weapon to go, “I’m not the bad guy”. They are! Every last one of them!

A corporate entity just nodding at your political beliefs doesn’t make them immune from criticism of their practices. Apple used to donate to BLM and would proudly showcase it on their website along with showcasing their phones are made out of recycled metals…. Even I saw that as a coverup for their shady crap and now that they preach ‘maga’ Republicans pretend Apple isn’t bad, same with the Left. We need to hold corporate entities accountable and look past where their values lie because their values are smoke n mirrors to manipulate! Same with Microsoft, X, Meta, Google, and more.
