Who will bankroll the rebuilding of Ukraine? Will his neighbors step up and help?

So Russia started the war on Ukraine for the larger resources of Ukraine. Once Ukraine is independent and free of putin aggression AND expected entry to the EU, the said resources will pay back all allies in spades and grow future developments in tandemom.
